Bill Wheeler oversees technical operations, quality assurance, and supports veteran advocacy programs. He is a medically retired
former Captain in the U.S. Air Force that during his career supervised a diverse workforce, including military, government service, and contractor personnel. He has served as Knowledge Manager and Program Lead for the development of the Air Mobility Command (AMC) master logistics database (aircraft, equipment, and materials) and managed the HQ AMC local area network (LAN) services, contractor support and information technology training program. His assignments have included financial oversight, budget preparation, planning, and execution. Bill received an M.S. degree in Logistics Management (Business Specialization) from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a B.A. Cum Laude in Marketing and Management from Marietta College. He is certified A+ and Network+ by the Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and a Microsoft Certified Professional.

John Wheeler manages the administrative functions of the company, including contracts, finance and human resources. He has
nearly twenty years in the contracting business and is a leading industry expert on Government procurement practices. During his career, he has priced, negotiated, and procured in excess of $600M in contracts, subcontracts and task orders
with over $20B in total contract value. He has experienced all levels of corporate management, including positions as Vice President of Contracts, Director of Finance, and Director of Human Resources. John has extensive experience managing, operating and leveraging Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and GSA Schedules, to include the Department Commerce COMMITS and NexGen Programs, Air Force information Technology Services (ITS), Information Technology Services Procurement I and II (ITSP and ITSPII) and Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS), Bureau of Census ITS, Veterans Affairs BuyIT.Gov, GSA Information Technology (IT), Solutions and More (SAM), and Management Consulting Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) schedules. John has a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Dick Kiess is responsible for
management and technical oversight of operational programs supporting
networking and telecommunications contracts. He also works with the
President and other management staff to implement the corporate Quality
Management System (QMS) and to ensure customer satisfaction. Leads
corporate growth efforts in telecommunications, networking and
infrastructure business areas. Dick has a degree in Business
Administration from Eastern New Mexico University. He served as a
Captain with the U.S. Army Commanding Officer of Field Artillery battery in
Viet-Nam with the 9th Infantry Division prior to an Honorable Discharge in
1971.
